  The diet of neon tetras mainly consists of the following types of food:

  Artificial Fish Food: Neon tetras don't have high requirements for food. You can choose suitable artificial fish food for them. These fish foods usually contain the nutrients that fish need and are suitable for daily feeding.

  Live Baits: Neon tetras can also accept live baits, such as bloodworms, tubifex worms, etc. Adult fish can be fed bloodworms once a week, while young fish can only be fed dry food.

  Other Baits: In addition, neon tetras can also be fed dry food, brine shrimp larvae, and so on.

  Feeding Frequency and Amount: The feeding frequency and amount for neon tetras need to be adjusted according to factors such as the size of the fish, the number of fish, and the water quality. Generally, it is recommended to feed 1-2 times a day, and the amount of each feeding should be such that the fish can finish it within 5 minutes. Adult fish can be fed bloodworms once a week, and usually, small-particle dry food is enough for them. Young fish can only be fed dry food.

  Water Quality Management: Neon tetras are sensitive to water quality. When raising them, it is necessary to keep the water clean and stable. Avoid overfeeding to prevent water quality deterioration and health problems of the fish.
